Load Networking first?

Is there a way to load Networking prior to additional programs that need to
be running at the time of log-on?

For hardware network cards this almost always happens, but for most wireless
cards the network doesn't start until after login.

If you provide more details on your configuration and what exactly your
problem is we can provide better advice than guessing what the
problem/solution is.

Specifically, I log onto a domain at. Four start programs need to access the
Network next. Antivirus (for updates), VOIP Phone System, and I am told the
additional error I am receiving pertains to Active Directory, followed by an
additional log-on to a Network SeeUSeeMe type program. Company has strit
policies regarding these programs, I was required to sign a contract that
they must be in startup.

Every day, I log-on and go through a birage of error windows, all because
the Network Connection hasn't happened yet.
