LOAD BALANCING ON win2000 server

I have a supermicro motherboard SUPER X5DE8-GG.
It comes with two intel nic cards intel 8254oem.

Lately are network traffic is overloaded and really slow.

We use only on nic card.

How can I implement load balancing for those 2 nic cards.

Is this motherboard capable of doing it.
Do I need any software or just windows 2000.

Please help.

Hi,

Windows 2000 does not come with any software to load balance two NICs on
the same box. You should look at thrid party teaming NICs.
