load an htm page in Frontpage

I have a program that generates a set of files for an
ASP.NET type application. One of the files is an .htm.
Can I create a download page with Frontpage and have the
user click a button and have Frontpage load that .htm
file so it will proceed with the download or is there an
easier way to do this (in a wizard for example)?

If using a ASP.net application why would you have the ASP.net application also handle the
downloading. FP has no components to force a download, yes you can create page with a link to a .htm
file in FP, that has a link to zip file, if you link to file that would normal be displayed in the
browser, then it will be displayed.
