Load Failed

I can not access my FrontPage 2000 files, when trying to open an existing
page ... the page does not open and the message appears: Load Failed cannot
load LTKRN90N.dll application file has stopped working
When I went to do a system restore, there was a Windows update on the date
that the program stopped working ... now only FrontPage opens but cannot open
any existing pages.

Google that file...it's from Lead Tools dynamic link library...pretty sure
this has nothing to do with FrontPage, more likely with your image editor.

HOW are you "trying to access my FrontPage 2000 files"...what were you
trying to do and how?

It is a frontPage 2000 (or Office 2000) file. It is present in my FP2000
install
(Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office 10 [or similar] ) on Windows 98.

To CichildLovers, do a repair installation of FrontPage - on the Help menu.
You may need the installation CD, and you may need to run Microsoft or
Office Update afterwards.

Ah that's why I couldn't find it on my machine, the oldest FP I have is
2002.

Dear Rob,

I have the same problem now found on two computers I thought it was just Vista freezing so I got a new computer with Seven. It worked fine for a few monts until today when the same error described above came back.

I click my shortcut and bring up FP with a "new page" frame. I click on "open folder' on the menu bar and then go to one of my folders in the drop doen menu. I open it and then click on the stored page I want to load and work on. Nothing happens until I click on the blank page that is on the screen. Then the green ring indicates something is trying to load which takes forever and then the "Cannot load LTKRN90N.dll" box comes up. I have checked the solutions and got two problem event names.

Problem Event Name: AppHangB1
Application Name: FRONTPG.EXE

Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
Application Name: FRONTPG.EXE

I reinstalledFrontpage and it did not work. Can't be buying a new computer every six months just to maintain my website! HELP! Please.
