live links not working.....?

Hello All,

I am unable to make links to folders live in my e-mail messages. Is
there an option or preference somewhere I am missing? Is this
something that is controlled at the Admin level?

What format are your e-mail messages in? I'm going to guess plain text --
try HTML instead.

Hi Ben,

thanks for the input - I only seem to have Plain or Rich text as my
format options.....

Any ideas on why that would be?
