Little red crosses instead of gif files

Hi,
Anybody any thought on how to get the little gif files
back on my browser. When I load a site example =
http://www.hetnet.nl/default.htm all gif files in rubriek
and in diensten are not shown. instead of that I get
little red crosses??
This is very nasty on my screen.

Clean your Temporary Internet Files (Folder).
