LITLEOZY...Help with this file please.

In recent events of a viral infection on my computer, the
file titled LITLEOZY.exe was deleted from registry and
hard drive. Now many of my files are down and not workin
due to the fact that many required this file to run. If
anyone can help me restore the file or give information to
one who can help I would much appreciate it thank you and
have a nice day.

I don't believe that's a native Windows file. What was the name of the
virus?
