Listing Import Specifications

Is there anyway to get a listing of the Import
Specifications (just the names) other than starting an
import through menu Files > Get External Data ...

You can run a query on the hidden system table:
MSysIMEXSpecs

The field SpecName should give you what you want.
 
You can copy the Import
Specifications using 'Ctrl C' and paste into Excel
