Listing all instances of a recurring item

I am using the calendar in:
Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 (11.8217.8221) SP3 in:
Microsoft Office Standard Edition 2003 for Students and Teachers

When I search the calendar for a character string, the list of hits comes up
(in the "Active Appointments" view) with recurring appointments always listed
using one summary line only. How can I make it display every instance of
recurring appointments on separate lines?

I have experimented with different options under "Customize Current View"
but have not found any that will do this.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

a recurring appointment is one appointment that repeats, so you'll only see
one in a table view. If you export it to Excel you can see a list of all the
recurrences.
