Anything is "possible" but is unlikely to be efficient.

Consider WinDump; I believe the source code is available
and there is a DLL that does the actual collection so you
might find that useful if you pursue the VBA avenue.
 
Is ther posible to listen an log the activity on the network adapter using
VBA ???? IF : what comand, pr how do I do it ???
