Listbox

Does anyone know why the listbox is not available under forms in frontpage?
If so, what do I have to do to make it available. (not grayed out)

Did you insert a form first and is your cursor in between the <form> </form>
tags?

There is a form on the page and I my cursor is between the <form> </form>
tags. I am thinking this might have to do with this web not being a
sharepoint web or something like that...
