List Server

I used Lotus Notes at my previous job and we used a list server native to
Domino. I would like to set up a List Server but how to do that in Outlook?
Is there built in funtionalities already in Outlook or is there a list server
that would compliment specifically to Outlook?
 
I'd suggest asking this in one of the many newsgroups related to Outlook.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
