List of programs to block in labs.

Is there a web site that maintains a list of programs to
block in computer labs? I'm talking about all the spyware
and dialer programs that open up the porn sites, instant
messaging programs etc.
 
But we aren't going to install any spyware programs on our
workstations so we need a comphrensive list of programs.
