List of My Documents keeps changing

Is there a way I can "lock" the order of Document names in "Shortcut to My
Documents". The list seems to rearrange itself, moving the icons, sometimes
moving the last one I opened to the bottom of the list. I would like them to
stay in the order of my preference so I won't have to continually move them
back in order.

Right click > arrange icons by name
