List Form Help

I need to create the ability to enter data into a list on WSS. I am trying
the List Form but I cannot get a submit button to work and I don't want to
use the 'standard toolbar' as it doesn't make sense in my stand-alone page.

Can someone assist?

You should try the WSS news groups since there are more experts on WSS over
