Linksys Wireless G Router

I have set-up a home network with a Linksys Wireless G Router connecting my desktop computer (Windows 2000) with my laptop (Windows XP). The wireless connection for my laptop works perfectly. However, my desktop can no longer access the internet. [The router is connected with cable to the cable modem and connected to computer-hardwired] Connection was fine prior to adding router. All tests including pingiing outside comouters have worked fine. But when I try to launch IE 6.0, or a program attempts to access the internet, it tells me that no internet connection can be found. Please help!

I kind of have the same problem. I have a Linksys G
Router connected to a cable modem and a WIN XP computer.
I've got a PCI G card installed on a WIN 2000 computer
and the Internet connection comes and goes on it.
They're only 25 feet apart and the old Linksys Wireless
equipment always worked fine. I've already sent back the
original equipment and got new stuff but after 3 hours
with Linksys Tech. Support I'm still having the Internet
connection problem. These guys refuse to give refunds so
I'm going to have them pay for shipping for new equipment
until they run out of money.
