In Internet Explorer, how do I get the links bar "under" the Address Bar? I
can get it beside the Bar, above the Bar or at the bottom of the page but
not below the way I used to have it. I'm sure it's simple but it escapes me.
 
Unlock toolbars, drag it by the handle to where you want it. If not
enough room, drag the bottom of the tool bar area down to make more room.
