Hi,
I'm trying to find out how to create links to adobe files or other websites
from an Outlook email. I know how to create a hyperlink, but what if I want
something more aesthetically pleasing, like a button or highlighted text to
select to take me to this other location or open up this other file? (To see
our latest product catalogues, please click here XXXXX OR To download
the latest version of Adobe........, please click here XXXXX)

Also, if I want to have these options included in all my emails, is there any
way to include these links (buttons) as part of my signature? I can't see how
to include anything in my signature except text, however I don't know where
else to include it so it would automatically be part of all new emails I send.

I've tried Help within Outlook and have been searching other MS support,
but I'm not having any luck. I use Windows XP.

Any advice would be appreciated.
Thx.
Mel

Hi Mel,

you have to build a userdefined Formular with all you want!
