Why can't I open some links on a web page by clicking on it, yet it opens if
I right click and choose open in new window?

Hyperlinks
Open "run" and type in regsvr32 urlmon.dll click ok
then open Internet Explorer and go to Tools>Internet Options>Programs and
click on 'Reset Web Settings...' Try the hyperlinks again.
