Links sent to me in Yahoo Messenger wont' work. Where am I looking for
settings? Windows XP, SP2, IE7.

Control Panel | Add or Remove Programs | Set Program Access and Defaults
Make sure Internet Explorer is the default browser.

Hyperlinks do not work in Outlook Express after you upgrade to Internet
Explorer 7:
