Links for a toolbar

Hi ... I had this once awhile back before i did a
reformat ... I am trying to set the links as a
toolbar ... What i had before was the links set just
below the address area ... Can someone explain how i can
do this again ??? Thanks

You should be able to right click on your IE toolbar and
check links. Any web pages you have in the links folder
will appear under the address bar.
