"Links" folder keeps reappearing

I must have deleted a folder titled "Links" from my IE6
browser a hundred times. It seems to reappear as
a 'special' feature of the application.

I don't want this folder to keep reappearing. Any way to
shut this off?

Help would be most appreciated.

Yes. The only way is to make it Hidden.
Right click and change the properties.
