Links don't work in Outlook Express

Hi,

hope someone can help me with an Outlook Express problem.
Actually I have 2 problems that I know of.

1) any link placed in an email, does not work. Meaning
email that has been sent TO me. When clicking on any
link, nothing works, no IE opens up.
Already checked to see if OE is default mail. It is.

2) OE will not remember my password either.

Make sure your options in OE is setup for HTML and not
text, tools, options, send, mail sending format.
