links don't function in preview?

With previous versions of frontpage, when you click the
preview tab at the bottom, you could navigate the
hyperlinks. It appears as though you cannot in FP 2003.
Am I missing something? I don't want to have to preview
in browser, I just want to use the preview tab. What am I
doing wrong?
