links 2001 and xp

I've recently purchased a new computer with XP. Does
anyone have or know of a proven patch fort he links 2001
golf game. I've found patches on the net but none of
them work.

What are the sources of these "patches," Wayne and have you consulted the
Links 2001 web site - http://www.microsoft.com/games/links2001/ - and
specifically the updates in the downloads section.
