Linking???

I have created a classroom webpage and want to insert the class supply list
for the parents to see and/or print out. I am unsure of how to get this on
my page. In a table, I want to have the text as follows -- "Click here for
a copy of our classroom supply list." I want people to be able to click on
the word "here" and the supply list to load up. Does anyone know how I can
get this set up on my webpage. Thanks in advance.

Why not just make the supply list a separate page that you link to? Make
sure it is not too wide to print.

highlight the word "here" then go to Insert menu > Hyperlink, and enter the
web address to the file you want to link to.
