Linking to other frames with a frame page.

I have a web site using Frames.
I want to link to PAGE A, but use Page X in Frame=main,
instead of Page z which is included in Page A frames page.
Any help or ideas?

Create a NEW frameset that contains frame X in the main frame instead of
page z.

Or don't use frames. You do know all the problems you are inheriting,
right?
