linking to a pdf file

The forms on my webpage are in pdf format. How do I access them after I
publish the hyperlink from my webpage?
 
A hyperlink is just a link to a file location as a URL. Just import the PDFs
into your web site, and create hyperlinks to them. As long as the Adobe
Acrobat Reader is installed on the client, it will open in their browser,
just like a web page, but in the PDF viewer.
