Linking to a file or folder outside of Outlook 2003 from Tasks or

Hi,

I know it's possible to link to another Outlook element from a Task or
Calendar entry, but is it somehow possible to link to a folder or file
outside of the Outlook system on our server?

Simply attaching a document won't do, because the point for me is being able
to point my colleague to the folder where all the relevant documents are
kept. It's possible to insert html links, is there a way of translating that
to intraserver files?

Any ideas appreciated.

Or, instead of a file URL, you can use a UNC:

<\\server\share\file>
