Linking tasks folder to MS Access

I am trying to create a linked table in MS Access to my task lists in Outlook but I come up with the following error message:

"The MAPI store 'Tasks' Is known but is not available in the current profile. This can occur if you use a profile that is designed for working offline from a server and try to link to a folder or address book on the server. The wizard is unable to link it"
