Linking to a bookmark in an external Office document

I need to create a link in one document which will open a
separate Word document and go to a bookmark in that
document.

I would like to create such links:
- In an Outlook email message
- In Word and Excel documents

Is this possible?

Hi Android,

In Outlook, Word and Excel, there is a hyperlink item on the Insert Menu.
It's purpose is to do just what you are after.

Hi Android,

That is not correct. In the Insert Hyperlink dialog, if you select the
document to which you want to create the hyperlink and then click on the
Bookmark button, the bookmarks in the target document are displayed and you
can select the one that you want the hyperlink to take you to.
