I AM USING MICROSOFT OUTLOOK 2002.

I HEARD THAT THERE IS FACILITY BY WHICH I CAN LINK / GROUP ONLY SELECTED
E-MAILS FROM A PARTICULAR CLIENT / SENDER.

THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE IN ORDINARY GROUPING.

CAN U HELP ME?

First - don't type in all caps, it looks like you're shouting.

Second, of course you can group e-mail by sender. Turn on the Group By box
(View | Group By Box if I recall correctly) and then drag/drop the "FROM"
field onto that box. Is that not what you need?

I am refering to grouping selected mails of my choice from the same and/or
different senders based on the topic covered in the mail.

Any way Thank you for the reply

You can "group" arbitrary messages by adding categories to related messages
or by placing them in a common folder.
