Linking powerpoint files in viewer

I need to play 3 PowerPoint presentations one after the other. The only way I
have been able to do this is by way of a playlist using PowerPoint Viewer 97.
The newer Viewers have removed the ability to play a set number of PowerPoint
files back to back. This is fine, but the only drawback is that I need to
display a live webpage in one of the presentations.

I use the “LiveWeb†(http://skp.mvps.org/liveweb.htm) plug-in to allow real
time web pages to display, which works fine in the application but not in the
97 viewer (or the latest viewer).

Is it possible to play (loop) a set number of ppt files that can also
display live web pages?

I would be grateful for any advice

Gerard,

If you follow this tutorial on linking presentations..... and set the
"main/show" to "loop until esc", then it should work with a full version of
powerpoint (and not the viewer)

there is a link to the old 97 2000 ppt version tutorials at the end of the
tutorial
