Linking Excel Worksheets

Is it possible to link one Excel worksheet to another Excel worksheet with
data going in one column or the other column depending it's negative or
positive value.
 
Hi
on the other sheet in A1 use a formula such as
=IF('other sheet'!A1<0,"",'other sheet'!A1)
and in B1 use
=IF('other sheet'!A1>0,"",'other sheet'!A1)
