Linking desktop properties to created display component

I created my via display component using the .inf file
which worked fine. Now I can set the display size in the
component. However when I Right click on the desktop and
click on properties,
 
U must add Display Control Panel component and u must
check the "Show context menu on Shell folders:"option in
User Interface Core component.
