Not possible.
An account is like a company, and a business contact can only be employed by
1 company. Trying to use BCM in an other way (lets say you would like your
accounts to be projects, on buysiness contact can b erelated to multiple
projects/accounts) is doomed.

I have had to duplicate the contact in Business Contacts to make that
happen
