Linked ODBC Trouble

I have a table in Accesss that is linked to a SQL table. When I add a
new column to the table on the SQL side and then view the table in
Access it does not show my new column. Any ideas?

You have to refresh the link any time you make changes on the back end.
Use the Linked Table Manager or else delete the link and recreate it.
