linked excels

Hallo,

I am using excel 2010 with windows 7 64 bit.
I linked 2 excel sheets together.

It gives the next formula:
{=Excel.Sheet.8|'D:\MyDocuments\2013\PMAL-Monitor.xls'!'!BG!R5K2'}

What means Sheet.8?
