Linked excel field from access form field - help required.

I have a field in an excel page that I want to read the date from an access
form.

Any ideas?
 
If you want macro code then turn on Record Macro when doing the steps below.
Otherwise just do the steps below

1) Worksheet menu - Data - Import External Data - New Database Query
2) Select MS Asscess Database - OK
3) Select directory nad Databae Name - OK
4) then follow wizard instructions.
