Linked Excel Charts??

I have an Excel file where the worksheets have both data and chart. I want
to display the chart only in PowerPoint and link to the chart for updates -
I don't want to see the data in PowerPoint - just the chart.

Is that possible and if so how?

Here's one way.......
In Excel....copy the chart.
In PPT (XP, 2003 at least)....go to Edit / Paste Special
In the Paste Special window select Paste Link on the left and OK.
That should do it................TD

Sure. Select just the chart in Excel, then Edit, Copy.
Switch to PPT then Edit, Paste Special, click Link then click OK.
