link to windows explorer

I want to insert a link in my web site that would open up
Windows Explorer. This is for an intranet site so there
would be no issue with the user not having access to the
files or folders they would be directed to. Is this
possible? I am running Frontpage98 right now but if this
is an option available in 2003 I have been considering
upgrading anyway. Thanks.
 
You can not launch applications from a web page on someone computer, this is a security issue that
is controlled by the browser, it is not a FP issue.
