FrontPage 2003 Question - Missing Folders and Files

Our company has an intranet site that was recently switched from one
server to another. Since it was moved we can not view new folders and
files in FrontPage 2003 if we use the site, http://intranet. If we use
//serverX/intranet/folder name then we can see the new folders and
files but the changes only work if we edit http://intranet. New
folders and files are added using Windows Explorer. I'm sure there is
a simple solution to this but we can't figure it out.

Thanks in Advance

1. The site should have been published.
2. Folders need to be created from within FP.
