link to open new window allways

I am wondering is there anyway for when I click on a link it would open a
new explorer window and just not go to the window that I have all ready
open.

This is a setting in your Internet Explorer.

Open IE
Select TOOLS menu
Select INTERNET OPTIONS...
Select the ADVANCED tab
Under the BROWSING subtitle turn OFF the check mark
next to: Reuse windows for launching shortcuts
