Link to numbered list

I have a numbered list in my document. If i type the text in another place
in the document "See 15.1.1" and then add more items to the list, how can i
automatically update the text to "See 15.1.3" or whatever is required.

Thanks
 
Instead of typing in "See 15.1.1", insert a cross reference to the numbered
item.

Insert | Reference | Cross-reference to Paragraph number of Numbered item.
