Not directly, no.

I think you could make it work by adding an html page to the presentation using
Shyam Pillai's Live Web addin; this page would contain html or javascript to
launch a regular browser window of the desired size.

Or for that matter, maybe just putting the actual page in the PPT show using
Shyam's addin would be enough.
