How to html link to a specific slide in a PowerPoint presentation?

There is a hyper link embedded in a html page that points to a PowerPoint
file (.ppt).
When a user clicks on the hyper link, the PowerPoint presentation should
open to slide 4 (not slide 1). Is there a way to do this?

Thank you.

Add "#4" (no quotes) at the end of the hyperlink - not the display text, but
the actual hyperlink address. The link should open the presentation on
slide #4.

I tried <a href="OrgCharts.ppt#4">Org Charts</a> but it opens to slide #1.
How to make a link start the slide show at slide 4?

Thank you.
