Link to a specific page in a PPT or PPS

Is there a way to link to a specific page in a presentation?

Example, I have several small presentation in a single large ppt.

I want the user to be able to use an html link to each of the smaller
presentations.

Is this possible?

Go to Slide Show > Action Settings > Hyperlink to and browse down to
Slide... and click on it. You will be given a list of slides to pick from.
 
I have looked at the note dated 11/14/03 but I have not had success with
this method.
