Link problems

I need some help here.. :I

Usualy when I surf I open a new browser window by right
click. After I reinstall W2K, and installed all relevant
updates +++. I can only do about 3-4 browser (by right
click) windows util it just spinning forever. Nothing
happends. If I open a new fresh window and paste the
address it works 100%.
I got the same problem on my lap top.

Any good suggestions?
