I have a word document where I am trying to Link a landscape Excel
spreadsheet into a word document. (Note: these copy ranges print out fine
in Excel using the fit to one page width specification.) I want to be able
to change Excel and have the word document change with Excel changes.
Problem is that I can't get the whole document into the word document. It
cuts off some columns and no matter what you do for formatting, it won't
bring in those columns.
I shade the area in Excel. Go to Word and click "paste special", choose
"Excel worksheet object" and click on "paste link" and click "OK". The
spreadsheet does show up but not all of it. No matter what I change in
"Format Options" - Size, it will not bring in the other columens.
Would greatly appreciate your help. We have no problem with bringing in
small spreadsheets, but when they get to be wide (like landscape
spreadsheets), we begin having the problem with not all of the copy range
being brought in.
