link comments?

is there a way to link comments in excel? maybe a tool or something?
haven't been able to find one, but i'm hoping someone else has.

No, but here are some answers to some similar questions,
if they don't do what you want at least you can make your
question less ambiguous as to what is supposed to be
showing where knowing that it can't be a link.
